Meet Toast — the girl who went from crusty to crave-worthy!
When Toast arrived at the shelter, her skin was so dry and flaky that the staff lovingly (and a little jokingly) named her Toast — because she was as crunchy as, well… toast. But don’t worry, those rough days are behind her now! After months of dedicated care, her skin is healthy, her spirit is glowing, and her heart is ready for a family of her very own.

At about 2 years old and 76 lbs, Toast is a big, happy-go-lucky sweetheart who greets every day with pure joy. She LOVES toys, adores playtime, and will absolutely melt into a puddle for a good belly rub.
Toast also came to the shelter with a painful eye condition that caused her eyelashes to turn inward. Thanks to corrective surgery and lots of love, she has fully recovered and is now living life pain-free — just the way every pup deserves.

After spending months in the shelter, Toast has learned patience, resilience, and the art of staying cheerful no matter what. Now she’s hoping someone will finally choose her.
Toast is ready to give her whole heart to her forever family. Could that be you?
