Dain (Vanilla) and Xaiden (Bean) were found outside with their mom, Violet. All three were very sick, so Violet sought help and brought them to the porch of their rescuer. Vanilla and Bean had both developed very severe eye infections, and the damage was irreversible. Unfortunately, they had to get their eyes surgically removed to prevent any future complications. They have both adapted very well to their inability to see, they use their keen sense of hearing and smell to navigate their environment. Vanilla is a snuggle bug! She loves to sit in laps, be held, and rub against people. She enjoys being included in everything, and loves riding on shoulders. Bean is the wild child, but still just as sweet. She loves playing with toys, and will climb whatever she can! Vanilla and Bean are extremely intelligent and will adapt quickly to any home. They are good with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs. They would do best adopted together, or to a home where they’ll have a four-legged friend. Please apply to adopt these special girls!
